Desired:
- Search Resumes on the database; job sites/boards
- Post requirements on the job sites/boards
- Broadcast requirements to other subcontractors/vendors
- Screen the Candidates over the phone
- Shortlist candidates according to the requirements, format resumes and submit the same to Account Managers
- Communicate with the candidates on the status of the submission
- Negotiate Salary/bill rate with the candidates
- Put together offer letters and employment contracts and Corp to Corp to agreements.
- Maintain database of candidates using online software package
